I followed the blueprint. Got out of the Army after 13 years, four combat deployments, and a medical retirement I didn't ask for. Did everything they told me to do. Resume, LinkedIn, networking events, the whole checklist. And I still ended up lost, underemployed, and wondering why nobody told me the truth about what transition actually looks like.
That's when I started asking better questions. And I haven't stopped.
I'm Adam Peters. Medically retired Army Staff Sergeant, AI consultant, founder of TSV Studios LLC, and partner at Amakaya, a plant medicine retreat in the Peruvian Amazon. I've spent the last several years building The Strategic Veteran from the ground up because the resource I needed when I got out didn't exist. So I built it.
